Save Tours

To display the tours in the different views, to analyze them in the statistics or to use the tools, the tour must be saved in the internal SQL database.

Select one or more tours in the Tour Import view

, in the context menu save the tour for the active person or select a person in the person selection dialog.

Column: Database Status

This column shows if a tour is saved in the database and to which person the tour belongs

	Tour is saved for the active person
	Tour is saved for another person
	Tour is merged into another tour
	no icon: Tour is not saved

Actions in the Data Import view

	Opens the data transfer dialog
	Opens the data transfer dialog and start the data transfer immediately with the settings from the previous data transfer. When the settings are not correct, the normal data transfer dialog is opened
	Import tour data file(s), the tours are appended to the existing tours in the data import view
	Remove all tours from the data import view, the tours will not be deleted
	Customize the columns in the data import view, the columns can be hidden or rearranged
	Adjust Imported Year When the year for the imported tours is wrong, the year can be adjusted with this action, if another year is selected, the tours must be reimported.
