Tool: Global Actions

This chapter described the actions which are commonly available and located either in the context menu, the view menu or toolbar.

 

Navigate Tree

 Collapse Others
collapses all expanded items, the selected item will be expands by one level
expand all
Expand Selection
expand selected items by two levels
collapse all
Collapse All
collapses all expanded items

 

Modify Tour

edit tour
Quick Edit...
edits the title and description for the selected tour
tour editor
Edit Tour
opens the tour editor for the selected tour
dialog:edit marker
Edit Marker
opens the marker dialog
dialog: adjust altitude
Adjust Altitude
opens the dialog to adjust the altitude
open tour
Open Tour

opens a tour chart for each tour separately
(this is the old tour editor)

these tour charts are located in a specific area within the workbench and cannot be moved outside of this area and other views cannot be moved inside of theis area
(this is the Eclipse edit area)

 Set Tour Type
sets the tour type for the selected tours

 

Manage Tags

 Add Tag
adds one tag to all selected tours
 Remove Tag
removes the selected tag from all selected tours
 Remove All tags
removes all tags from all selected tours

the tags which are displayed below this menu entry are the recently used tags, the selected tag will be added to the selected tours
modify tagging structure
Modify Tagging Structure...
opens the preference dialog to modify the tagging structure

 

View Menu

customize columns
Customize Columns...
 		show/hide/reorder the columns in the view
