This is a quick introduction into the application to successfully display and use the tours in the different parts of the application.
1. Create a Person
At least one person should be created in the preferences dialog. The first name for a person is required, the other fields are optional and not used except the following fields:

Why is a person required?
MyTourbook can manage the tours for more than one person.
2. Open Import View
Data transfer and file import can be done in the Data Import view which is available when the data import perspective is opened.
3. Import or Transfer Tours
Tours can be loaded into the application in two ways:
